Vienna – Bratislava – Banska Stiavnica

  • Arrival in Vienna and meet with the driver and escort.
  • Transfer to Bratislava, the capital of colourful Slovakia.
  • Walking sightseeing of Bratislava historic centre.
  • Lunch on own. An opportunity to try authentic Slovak cuisine such as bryndzove halusky (potato dumplings with sheep cheese).
  • Continue to Banska Stiavnica, a medieval town, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Late afternoon walking sightseeing in the town historic centre.
  • Check in at the hotel.
  • Dinner on own.
  • Overnight in Banska Stiavnica.

Banska Stiavnica – Strbske Lake – Hrebienok – Starý Smokovec

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Onward journey to Strbske mountain lake in the High Tatras, the highest lake in Slovakia.
  • Lunch on own.
  • Continue to Stary Smokovec and take mountain train to Hrebienok.
  • Hrebienok earned its reputation because it was the only mountain resort visited by Queen Elisabeth II.
  • Teatime in Hrebienok.
  • Return to Stary Smokovec, a mountain resort town with a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains.

Stary Smokovec – Krakow

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Continue to Krakow, the old capital and the most beautiful city of Poland.
  • Lunch on own. Taste the original pierogi and bigos.
  • Walking sightseeing of the Old Town, explore the Old Market Square with St. Mary’s Basilica, the Franciscan Basilica with its gorgeous Art Nouveau stained-glass windows.
  • Walk along the Visla river and wander around the Wawel Castle ground.

Krakow – Wroclaw
